Do I need to make any changes or upgrades to my MVM hardware when transitioning to Halo?

No. Throughout the transition process, all operational hardware will continue to work seamlessly. We are simply transferring the data stream to the Halo Dashboard. You'll be contacted by a Halo representative to arrange a site visit to upgrade your MVM hardware.

Rest assured that once this process is completed, you will have access to your MVM data from late December 2023.

How will I access customer support during the transition?

Will the DTS MVMS eventually be replaced on my farm?
